Carly brings more than two decades of experience across operations, business growth, automotive, financial services and technology. Her approach to AI comes from running businesses and fixing operational problems, not from starting with a tool and looking for somewhere to use it.

Is Ethical Edge Solutions an AI agency?
Not in the usual sense. We are an AI Operations consultancy. We start with how the organisation actually works, identify where time, money and capacity are being lost, then decide where AI, automation, integration or process redesign will create measurable value.
Do you only work with Australian businesses?
No. Ethical Edge Solutions was founded in Australia and works with organisations across Australia, the United States and globally. Much of the discovery, mapping, design and implementation work can be delivered remotely.
Do you specialise in one industry?
We specialise in operational complexity rather than one vertical. We have experience across construction, financial services, healthcare, professional services and other complex operations, and we also work with charities, purpose-led organisations and growing multi-site businesses.
What makes your approach different?
We do not begin with an AI product and look for somewhere to put it. We map the operation first, understand the handoffs, exceptions, risks and systems, then decide what should be eliminated, simplified, integrated, automated, AI-assisted or kept human.
